Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, uninstalled, with all tags and original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is free for standard products. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label or arrange pickup.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds are automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for different sizes, models, or colors of the same product within the 30-day period.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Custom or made-to-order doors and windows are non-returnable unless they arrive defective or damaged.
