HomeDoorsLLC – Limited Warranty

 

 

1. Warranty Coverage

HomeDoorsLLC provides this limited warranty to the original purchaser for all residential and commercial products, including bi-fold doors, windows, entry doors, and related components.

Frames & Sashes: Covered for 10 years against defects in materials and workmanship.

Glass Units: Covered for 5 years against seal failure and excessive condensation between panes.

Hardware & Screens: Covered for 2 years against defects in materials and operation.

 

 

2. What This Warranty Covers

Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

Premature deterioration under normal use and environmental conditions.

Structural failure of frames or sashes during the coverage period.

Glass seal failure leading to fogging or condensation between panes.

 

 

3. What This Warranty Does Not Cover

Normal wear and tear, minor scratches, or cosmetic blemishes.

Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or improper maintenance.

Alterations, modifications, or repairs made by non-authorized parties.

Damage due to improper installation.

Exposure to extreme weather events, fire, flood, or acts of God.

 

 

4. Warranty Claim Procedure

To submit a claim, the customer must:

Provide proof of purchase (invoice or sales order).

Notify HomeDoorsLLC in writing within 30 days of discovering the issue.

Allow reasonable access for inspection of the product.

If a defect is confirmed, HomeDoorsLLC will, at its discretion, repair, replace, or refund the defective product.

 

 

5. Limitations of Liability

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

Company's total liability under this warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.

This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied.
